Swedish Massage
The
Swedish massage, a classic Western massage
technique, improves blood circulation and

The massage is performed using oil and
consists of a variety of manipulations adapted to the person’s
needs: effleurage, kneading, petrissage,
drainage, percussion, friction, vibration,
shaking and articulatory techniques.
