25 years of hospitality in Québec City

Cotico Inc. was founded in 1982 by Jacques Côté and his spouse Françoise Ouellet. Today, their children, Valérie and Jean-François, who have taken over the family business, manage three privately-run hotels located on the picturesque Sainte-Ursule Street within the Old Québec city walls and on the prestigious Grande-Allée, right next to Parliament Hill.

If the Hôtel Acadia represents a successful transformation of a hotel from a splendid 19th century middle-class residence into a high-class establishment where modern comfort and old-world charm intertwine, it is the reason behind the effort we have made to showcase our built heritage.
